Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1.5 lb cod
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 lb potatoes
  • 4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pickles
