Buffalo Chicken Chili 🔥
White chicken chili crashed into wing night, creamy, tangy, and just spicy enough to keep you coming back.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cans white beans
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup blue cheese

Dice the onion and celery. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and brown the ground chicken, breaking it up, about 6 minutes.

Add the onion and celery and cook until soft, 4 minutes, then stir in minced garlic and garlic powder for 1 minute.

Add the drained beans, chicken stock, and hot sauce and bring to a simmer.

Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes so the chili thickens slightly.

Cut the cream cheese into cubes and stir in until fully melted and creamy, about 2 minutes.
