Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz penne
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
