Creamed Corn Casserole with Bacon 🌽

Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1 lb bacon
- 6 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving 2 tablespoons fat in the pan.
