Creamy Mustard Pork Chops 🍽️
Golden chops in a silky dijon cream sauce, a French bistro trick that comes together in one pan on a weeknight.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 pork chops
- 0.75 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 0.5 cup chicken stock
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- salt and black pepper

Pat the chops dry and season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chops 4 minutes per side until golden and nearly cooked through, then move to a plate.

Cook the minced garlic in the same pan for 30 seconds, then pour in the stock and scrape up the browned bits.

Whisk in the cream, dijon, and thyme and simmer until the sauce coats a spoon, about 3 minutes.
