Fried Rice with Gochujang 🍚
Fluffy rice fried with vegetables and eggs, spiked with gochujang heat, satisfying enough to stand alone.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 3 cups jasmine rice
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup corn
- 2 carrots
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 scallions

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Whisk eggs in a bowl, then scramble them in the skillet until cooked through, about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Add minced garlic and diced carrots to the skillet, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
