Homemade Chicken Nuggets 🍗

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups panko
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup ketchup

Heat the oven to 425°F and set a wire rack on a baking sheet.

Cut the chicken into bite-size nuggets about 1.5 inches across and season with salt.

Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika.

Coat each nugget in flour, dip in egg, and press firmly into the panko mixture.

Arrange on the rack, drizzle or spray with olive oil, and bake until golden and cooked to 165°F inside, 15 to 18 minutes.
