Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 scallions
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock

    Cut pork into 1-inch thick medallions. Pound lightly with a meat mallet to even thickness.
