Ingredients (serves 8)
- 1 prebaked Pie Crust
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1.5 cups Water
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Lemon Zest

Prebake pie crust at 375°F for 12 minutes until light golden, then set aside.

Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan. Gradually whisk in water until smooth.
