  • 4 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Jalapeño
  • 1 Avocado
  • Cilantro for garnish

    Remove spines from nopales and trim off hard edges. Slice into thin strips.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add cactus and cook for 8 minutes, stirring often, until tender and liquid evaporates.
