One-Pot Taco Pasta 🌮
Taco night and pasta night collide in a cheesy, salsa-spiked skillet the whole family fights over.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup salsa
- 2.5 cups chicken stock
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup sour cream

Dice the onion. Brown the ground beef with the onion in a deep 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, about 7 minutes, and drain excess fat.

Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and 1 tsp salt and cook 1 minute.

Add the pasta, salsa, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook until the pasta is tender, 12 minutes, stirring halfway.

Off the heat, stir in the cheddar until melted and glossy.
