Cheesy Beef Noodle Skillet 🍜
Everything cooks in one pan, tender noodles and browned beef in a creamy cheddar sauce that beats the boxed stuff.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Dice the onion and brown it with the ground beef in a deep 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, about 7 minutes, then drain the fat.

Stir in the minced garlic, tomato paste, paprika, garlic powder, and 1 tsp salt, and cook 1 minute.
