- 2 apples
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp butter
- 0.5 cup apple juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp dried thyme

Season the chops with salt, pepper, and thyme. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
