Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 12 tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lime
