  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
