Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1.5 cups rice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can canned tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Cook the rice according to package directions.
