Shrimp in Garlic Sauce 🦐

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.25 lb large shrimp
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 red chili peppers
- 2 scallions

Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, palm sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl with 2 tablespoons water.
