Steak and Eggs Dinner 🥩
Juicy pan-seared steak paired with perfectly cooked eggs and breakfast potatoes for an indulgent dinner.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 sirloin steaks
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and onion, cook until golden and tender, about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and keep warm.

Pat steaks dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.

Add 1 tablespoon butter to the same skillet, bring to medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest 3 minutes.

Add remaining butter to skillet. Crack eggs into pan and cook until yolks reach desired doneness, about 4 minutes for runny yolks.
