  • 2 lb chicken breast
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and black pepper

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

    Boil chicken in salted water for 15 minutes until cooked through, let cool, then shred

    Dice onion and mince garlic, cook in a skillet for 2 minutes
