Garlic Ranch Chicken and Potatoes 🥔

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast
- 1.5 lbs potato
- 0.33 cup ranch dressing
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp parsley

Cut the potatoes into 0.75-inch cubes and the chicken into 1-inch pieces. Season the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes, cover, and cook 12 minutes, stirring every few minutes, until browned and fork-tender. Move to a bowl.

Raise the heat to medium-high, melt 1 tablespoon butter, and cook the chicken 6 minutes, stirring once, until golden and 165°F.
