Grilled BBQ Chicken Thighs 🍗

- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper

Heat a grill or grill pan to medium, about 400°F. Pat the chicken thighs dry.

Toss the thighs with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Grill skin side down for 6 to 7 minutes until well marked, then flip and grill 6 minutes more.

Brush with BBQ sauce, flip, and cook 2 minutes. Brush and flip once more so both sides get glazed.
