Ingredients (serves 4)

- 1 cup rice
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lime
