  • 1 lb sausage
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • salt and black pepper
  • parmesan cheese

    Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

    Slice sausage into 1-inch coins. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown sausage on both sides, about 8 minutes total.

    Add remaining 2 tbsp oil and minced garlic. Cook 1 minute.

    Add cherry tomatoes and dried basil. Simmer 10 minutes, crushing some tomatoes with a spoon.
